Swedish Data Protection Authority (DPA) appeals after Google partially won a case on the 'right to be forgotten'

This decision was contested by Google in courts, which eventually ruled in favor of the company. According to Telecompaper, the Swedish DPA is now bringing this case to the court of appeal.
