The preliminary order by the Irish Data Protection Commissioner to suspend personal data transfers by Facebook from Ireland to the USA is now under judicial review of the Irish High Court. The preliminary order, which is part of an investigation on how Facebook transfers personal data of users to the USA after the Schrems II judgement, is now on hold awaiting decision of the court.
