The Hungarian government announced suspensions to certain regulations of GDPR until the COVID-19 pandemic is over. These include the suspension of Art. 15-22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) dealing with individual data rights such as the right to access data, rectification, erasure, and the right to object. The governmental decree also eases the obligation of authorities to notify data subjects on the collection and processing of their data.
