Every year, Fortinet hosts special events for our partners, offering them technical workshops, keynote sessions, and social gatherings to expand their cybersecurity knowledge. These regional events are called XPERTS Summits and are ideal opportunities for partners to learn more about the latest Fortinet technologies and solutions. Traditionally, these conferences kick off in the summer in Europe and run worldwide throughout the year. This year is no different.

At XPERTS Summits, attendees have multiple chances to engage with experts on the Fortinet consulting systems engineering team. These engineers interact daily with Fortinet customers, helping to solve the industry's most complex challenges and making recommendations for enhancing defenses against cyberthreats.

At XPERTS Summits, our engineering team hosts insightful workshops based on real-world use cases. These types of workshops are only available during the XPERTS Summits. The use cases discussed involve many Fortinet solutions, including:

• Secure SD-WAN
• ZTNA
• Other emerging solutions

Ultimate Fabric Challenge

All XPERTS Summits also include social and fun events. One of the most popular is the Ultimate Fabric Challenge (UFC), an eSports skills competition based on a series of cybersecurity challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase and even improve your cybersecurity knowledge at the XPERTS Summits.

The UFC is organized by placing players into a virtual world, a fictional customer site, where they are asked to explore the environment to uncover certain objectives and complete them using Fortinet solutions. The UFC is a unique chance to demonstrate an individual's security acumen, compete against peers for prizes, and earn bragging rights. The top UFC finishers from each XPERTS Summit will be invited to compete in the UFC Global Championship at the Fortinet Accelerate 2025 conference.

2024 XPERTS Summits Locations

Below is a list of dates and locations for this year's XPERTS Summits:

EMEA:July 1-5, Prague, Czech Republic

In Prague, over 250 Fortinet-certified experts (FCX), solution specialists (FCSS), and professionals (FCP) participated in four full days of knowledge-sharing, live demos, and hands-on labs. Many of these same Fortinet partners participated in the first round of the UFC. The competition began with teams of two competing and tackling a series of technical objectives within a Fortinet customer environment. Then, the winning teams broke up and moved on to compete individually in the final round in Prague. The ultimate winner in the Czech Republic is moving on to compete in the final worldwide competition at the annual Accelerate conference in the spring of 2025.

APAC:October 7-11, 2024, Bali, Indonesia

Our Bali XPERTS Summit promises to be just as exciting and educational as our event in the Czech Republic was.
