Credit card company Visa announced that it will start allowing transfer of cryptocurrency. They announced the partnership with the cryptocurrency trading platform Crypto.com in launching a pilot program to test this feature. Visa made an official statement saying: "We see increasing demand from consumers across the world to be able to access, hold and use digital currencies and we're seeing demand from our clients to be able to build products that provide that access for consumers". This is another step in mainstream adoption of the cryptocurrencies to the traditional payment and financial industry.
