After the cyber-attack that led to a power outage in Ukraine's Ivano-Frankivsk region in late December last year, a new attack (said to originate from a server in Russia) was identified last week by Ukrainian authorities, this time against Kiev's main airport. According toReuters, officials in the country announced that they would review the defenses of government computer systems, including at airports and railway stations. At the same time, the country's Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) issued a warning of the threat of more cyber-attacks, recommending system administrators to 'check of log-files and information traffic'.
