The Dutch Consumer and Markets regulatorordered T-Mobile Netherlands to stop offering a streaming music service which was not counted toward customers' data usage. The zero-rating service, introduced in October, was seen by the regulator as a breach of the country's net neutrality rules, because it put other similar services (such as Spotify) at a competitive disadvantage. T-Mobile risks a penalty of 50,000 euro/day if it does not comply with the order.
