Sweden ensures universal Internet access at 10Mbps

Swedenpassed a law to ensure universal Internet service at a minimum of 10 Mbps for downloads. The regulation sets a maximum cost of SEK 5,000 (50 euros) for any home or business to get an internet access that would be good enough for them to play a part in society. The rule guaranteeing universal access enters force on 01 March 2018.
