Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the corporate sector also has witnessed the shift from traditional training methods to online learning. The learning trends have been identified and will remain challenges even beyond 2021. The most prominent of those are: a) implementing blended learning (face-to-face and e-learning); b) expanding LMS features in communication tools, creating personalised content, and increased data analysis and tracking; c) creation and curation of interactive, accurate, and relevant content; d) mobile learning; and e) enhancing interactivity and knowledge retention by implementing VR, AR, and MR into the learning methodology.
