National Council of Human Rights constitutionalised in Algeria

Algerian Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh has announced finalisation of a bill on the National Council of Human Rights, according to APS. 'The amended Constitution, published Monday in the Official Journal to come into effect, constitutionalizes National Human Rights Council, whose bill defining its components and functioning has just been finalized by the Ministry of Justice,' Louh said in an address at the signing ceremony of cooperation agreements between Algeria and Chad.
