Mozambique received a membership in the Remote Appraisal Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation (RASME) project, a digital data supervision system that improves project-related data collection in remote areas. Mozambique is the sixth African country to join the project which is designed in a partnership between the African Development Bank (AFDB) and the World Bank's Geo-Enabling initiative for Monitoring and Supervision (GEMS) and KoBoToolbox teams. 'The operationalisation of RASME will strengthen the oversight and monitoring capacity of project implementation and support a more effective decision-making process,' said Mozambique's Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Carla Alexandra Louveira.
