The Minister for Public Expenditure in Ireland, Paschal Donohoe, has published Digital for Good: Ireland's Digital Inclusion Roadmap. The roadmap aims to make Ireland one of the most digitally inclusive states in the EU and ensure that everyone can use digital services meaningfully. It combines existing initiatives and provides vital supplementary measures to improve digital skills, access, and infrastructure. The roadmap reflects the UN sustainable development goals' 'Leave No One Behind' principle and aligns with the Public Service Transformation 2030 Strategy. The Minister thanked representative groups for their valuable contributions in preparing the roadmap. Minister of State Ossian Smyth emphasized the importance of digital inclusion in designing and delivering quality digital public services.
