Samson Waweru a Kenyan, describes digital justice as ; equal access to both digital and print information for those with disabilities and those who do not have disabilities. 

 During a video interview with World Council of Churches (WCC) programme executive Joy Eva Bohol, when using a computer, he says that it applies to social media platforms and access to them.
