The Czech republic is looking to change the contact tracing 'smart quarantine' system. Czech Health ministry has partnered with the Czech army which will take over testing sites and laboratories. This will give the Health ministry the space to focus on epidemiological situations and countermeasures. According to Reuters, 'an oversight body led by Prime Minister Andrej Babis will manage the smart quarantine programme, which uses mobile data to track those who have come into contact with infected people.'
