Government of Vietnam is tighten the control of the cryptocurrency business and activities after thereports of an alleged big ICO fraud in that country. 32000 people was affected after investing into the virtual currencies Pincoin and Ifan. Investors are lead to believe that the value of coins will go up substantially in a short time. In meanwhile ICO headquarters are moved from Hanoi. Regulators will try to impose even more oversight.
