The US National Artificial Intelligence Initiative Office (NAIIO) -a body within the White House Office of Science and Technology -has launched the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Researchers Portal, with the aim to 'connect AI researchers to federal resources that can support their AI work -from grant funding and datasets to computing and testbeds'. Resources available through the portal include funding and grant information, federal data that can be used by the research community, programmes providing access to cloud or high performance computing resources, a research programme repository, and an inventory of testbed and testing resources that can support AI research. The portal is intended to support one of the goals of the USA's National AI Initiative related to advancing the country's leadership in AI research and development.
