Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel has announced to introduce "family engagement" tools soon and shared that the new tools will provide parents better visibility on how teens are using the app along with privacy controls. While the name of this engagement tool has not been announced yet, Spiegel shared that he expects this product will provide parents more visibility into who their children are conversing with along with additional privacy controls . He reiterated that the company promotes safe online experience for users for all age groups and that they never market their services to people under the age of 13.
