Owning Exceptional Customer Experiences Together with Our Partners -Partner Summit 2022 Recap

Cisco Customer Experience (CX) showed up in a big way for our partners at Cisco Partner Summit 2022 last week! Holding a fully hybrid Partner Summit was cause for celebration, with 1,600 partners in Las Vegas and another 2,000 participating digitally. As Oliver Tuszik, SVP, Global Partner Sales and GM Routes to Market said, "It took 1,092 days, but it was worth the wait!"

I joined Thimaya Subaiya, Chief Customer Experience Officer, for Day 2's Global Keynote Session, to emphasize our shared ownership of exceptional customer experiences, together with our partners. To help deliver exceptional experiences, partners require value, differentiation, and simplification. "That's why we created Partner Lifecycles Services (PLS), which provides partners with the essential tools to enhance their capabilities, improve their profitability, and drive business outcomes for customers," Thimaya said. And we announced, Cisco CX will be rolling out Partner Lifecycle Services-Success Tracks. By July 2023, we will allow partners to co-deliver Success Tracks with PLS, fulfilling our commitment to give you a full services portfolio.

As promised last year, Partner Lifecycle Services-Support became available globally on May 16, 2022. With an aligned set of customer experience initiatives, ePlus and Cisco CX maximized customer value in providing Partner Lifecycle Services-Support, as seen in this video. We featured this video in my "Owning the Customer Experience Together with Partner Lifecycle Services" Business Impact Session with Chris Rittler, Cisco VP of CX Product Management. We also shared our Success Tracks and Partner Lifecycle Services Roadmap.
