Microsoft has announced rolling out a new version of its Online Services Terms, following concerns raised by the Dutch Ministry of Justice over telemetry data that Microsoft collected from Office 365 Plus and Office 365 users. According to ZDNet, Microsoft also announced in November an update of its cloud contracts at the global level for businesses to account for changes requested by the Dutch Ministry and EU authorities.
