A California federal court has issued an injunction in American Cable Association v. Becerra, allowing the state to enforce a net neutrality law passed two years ago.
While the main case is still pending, this injunction is seen as a loss for telecommunication companies and internet service providers that claim the net neutrality law is not necessary, as they are not throttling internet traffic.
