The British Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden urges the same rules for streaming services and traditional broadcasters, given the latter currently compete with 'one hand tied behind their backs'. Dowden is about to release plans for a white paper on broadcasting that aims to make streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ to comply with the code of the British regulator Ofcom.
