The complaint seeks a class action lawsuit for violating Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington privacy laws.
The complaint filed on behalf of a 10 year old girl from Massachusetts states 'Alexa routinely records and voice prints millions of children without their consent or the consent of their parents,'.
