Rumble alleged in the lawsuit that Google unfairly favours YouTube, given its search algorithm purposefully gives preference to YouTube over Rumble in Google's search results. Rumble is seeking damages and injunctive relief to prevent Google from continuing to illegally maintain its monopoly in the streaming market.
