The Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media (FoRM) developed 'Safety of female journalists online' resource guide for both State and non-State actors. The guide aims at improving the safety of female journalists in the digital world and to fill the gap between theory and the realization. It presents good practice examples of ways in which international standards and commitments can be realized. Systematic approach for all relevant actors central for creating an enabling environment for media freedom and safety of journalists is outlined. This publication was commissioned in 2020 by the OSCE RoFM and is part of the 'Safety of Female Journalists Online', (SOFJO) project.
