The Dutch Parliament has adopted a revised net neutrality law, aimed to bring the country's legislation in line with the relevant EU regulation adopted in 2015. Telecom operators, however, see the law as being too severe, and in conflict with the EU rules. InGSMA's view, 'the implementation of the revised law will harm consumers by stifling innovation and limiting the choice of services available to Dutch citizens'. T-Mobile Netherlands, which offers zero-rating services that may be prohibited under the new legislation, is said to plan a court appeal against the recently-adopted law.
