It's been just over a year since Cisco and Splunk joined forces, and the vision behind this acquisition remains stronger than ever: We will bring the full power of the network, together with market-leading security and observability solutions, to deliver a real-time unified view of the entire digital landscape, helping teams proactively defend critical infrastructure, prevent outages, and refine the network experience.
Today, over 1,000 organizations are joint partners of Cisco and Splunk-and that number is growing fast. Since our last update at Partner Summit, we've made tremendous progress, and we're eager to share the latest updates, resources, and opportunities available to our partner community. (ICYMI: Check out thereplay from our April 10th Cisco/Splunk integration update)
Our cross-sell program, featuring a curated list of approved accounts eligible for transactions through Cisco's GPL, has been extended through Cisco's FY25. New partners continue to onboard, and we've expanded Splunk offerings such as professional services, education and learning-now all available on Cisco GPL.
Note: Public sector accounts are currently ineligible for transactions via Cisco GPL.
To support partners in navigating these opportunities, Cisco's Sales Acceleration Office (SAO) is available to help explore deals, answer questions about buying programs, and streamline the sales process. Have a lead on a customer, expansion or renewal? Submit an inquiry to the SAO here.
In the coming weeks, we will publish a partner-facing Cisco Splunk Sales Playbook and will also be hosting a#60PartnerSuccess webinar on May 29 to walk you through it.
Cisco's new 360 Partner Program is set to launch next year, paving the way for the Splunk Partnerverse Program to fully integrate into it. As part of this transition, Cisco Observability is being incorporated into the broader Splunk Observability portfolio. Our Observability offerings will now carry the Splunk name.
We anticipate releasing the preview of the Splunk Partner Value Index (PVI) in June. Partnerverse Badging will continue to be a key element in our transition of the Partnerverse Program into Cisco 360 protecting your investments in Partnerverse. To ensure a smooth transition to Cisco 360, it is important to note that Splunk will be conducting its tier leveling process in early August and therefore to retain your current benefits including discounting during the transition ensure you have completed any remaining requirements to retain your Tier and Motion in Splunk Partnerverse by July 26, 2025.
For now, partners are encouraged to join both the Cisco Partner Program and the Splunk Partnerverse Program, where they can access a wealth of resources to strengthen their expertise and expand their capabilities.
Note: Public sector accounts are currently ineligible for these rebates.

Buying programs play a key role in making procurement easier and increasing Splunk's presence within Cisco's ecosystem. Last year we introduced a phased launch of Splunk on Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EAs), allowing Splunk offerings to be purchased through Cisco GPL. While certain restrictions apply, partners can collaborate with their CiscoPartnerAccount Manager or submit an inquiry to theSales Acceleration Officefor guidance.
We're aligning how partners transact AppDynamics (AppD) as a part of the Splunk portfolio to ensure a smoother process and better support.
